Does this Natural and Common Law work and how can I use it today?

Absolutely it works. However it works only for those who KNOW THE LAW and can
HOLD COURT in a Common Law Court of Record.

This is the last remaining thread of Reason against those evil ones who have
usurped the function of money, the executive, the legislatures, and the
judiciary. This Lawful and Reasonable process will function in an English
speaking country. It will even function in a Civil Law country, for Roman Civil
Law itself has its origin in /Jus Commune/.

However it is almost pointless trying to walk into the joke that passes for a
"court" of the local force monopoly and expect to pull it off.

It could be claimed that those who knew this, foisted the Statutory Constitution
upon the newly free united States of America. Today, knowledge of /The Law/ is
but alive in the minds of a few men.

It is time to, once more, run the ship of Admiralty Law aground on the rocks of
the Law of the Land. Even Queen Elizabeth of England would be grateful, I believe.

So where can I see this miraculous Law of the Land?

You cannot see it. It is not written down++. It works by the process known as
the Common Law Court of Record. All courts in the united States of America are
supposed to be common law courts of record. In the State of California, for
instance, it is also Statutory Law this this be so.

What does the above paragraph mean? It means, that when you walk into court as
the Sovereign Plaintiff to accuse the defendant, you do so as a King would in
his own court. There are no Statutes. You can then pick and choose from the
statutes that exist, including to form the rules of *your* court.

This is the meaning of freedom.

King by his prerogative." You can do what you want to do when you want to do it.
You have your own property and your own courts. There is no limit as to what you
may do other than the natural limits of the universe, and the sovereignty of a
fellow sovereign. You should treat the other sovereign in accordance with the
Golden Rule, and at the very least must never harm him. Your sovereignty stops

If the legislature of Congress Critters has legislated that "all farmers can go
steal 50% of the eggs of their neighbours at any time", it matters about little
as the same legislature passes a "Law" that says "Eggs when released from the
hand of a farmer at an altitude of more than 1 meter (3 feet) will float in the
air. In the event that the Egg smashes on the ground, the farmer may steal a
replacement from his neighbour"**.

If the farmer who had his eggs stolen convenes a grand jury of his peers, hires
a judge/magistrate, the arguments that the Court will hear will be the charges
brought forth by the Sovereign Plaintiff who has been wronged. The defendant can
only (a) Challenge the jurisdiction of the plaintiff (b) Prove to the
satisfaction of the jury (12 other peers - equally sovereign), that he did not
indeed steal the eggs. His quoting of the "law" of the legislature of congress
critters would matter about as much as horse pucky to a farmer.

One of the critical qualities about a Common Law Court of Record is: "The
magistrate is independent of the tribunal".

Now what does that mean? It means that the Judge/Magistrate does not judge
anything. He has no power to judge. His function is administrative to ensure
that the Rules of Court are always obeyed. If he passes judgement and the
plaintiff has not yielded his jurisdiction, the Judge will be in contempt of
court and can be fined by the Court - whose court? The Court is the person and
suit of the Sovereign.

So what is the tribunal? The tribunal is the plaintiff in his Sovereign capacity
(or) the 12 Sovereigns who are members of the Jury. The defendant who stole the
eggs can only go scot free if he can convince 12 of his peers that he is
innocent or make a counter-claim and become the counter-plaintiff.

In other words only another sovereign can judge a sovereign. In the case of the
plaintiff, it takes 12 sovereigns. Why? The Sovereign Plaintiff is unlikely to
take on 12 Sovereigns in "war".

The USA is the only country where THERE ARE NO STATUTES about a general income
tax. The statutes only apply to federal employees. The IRS, in a Common Law
Court of Record, as the sovereign plaintiff, Lays Down the Law and says: you
must file. Its Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt as well as the loss of Sovereignty by
acting like a child in court that lets the IRS win most of the time.

Common Law against the System of Fraud that passes for a government. This is not
just the Government of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, but of all "nations" under
the UNITED NATIONS. All such nations and governments have lost their mandate to

Print, stamp*, seal and mail registered post the Claim of Right in to your
court and legislature in your town, city, state and country. Don't forget the so
called International Criminal Court and the United Nations which have no mandate
but yet steal from you via your country's government. Copy Her Majesty The Queen
of England, and His Majesty the King of Japan.

 Affix a local postage stamp to each page of your printout at the bottom right.

Sign over that. You can place your Seal on that as well - either get one made,
or affix your thumb print. Notarize it if you can afford the notary fee or have
a couple of witnesses. Under the rules, the party receiving such a signed,
stamped and sealed notice by registered post cannot ignore it.

It puts the criminals on /notice/. Be prepared though for these criminals to do
war upon you. They are already on standby with plans for false flag attacks,
syringes filled with bio weapons, REX84 camps, etc.

The so called Bill of Rights is a scam. There is no freedom in this scam.
Whenever you get a Bill, you have to pay. All rights are yours for free if you
claim them as one of the People.
