Court of Record
1. Generally has a seal
2. Power to fine or imprison for contempt
3. Keeps a record of the proceedings
4. Proceeding according to the common law (not statutes or codes)
5. The tribunal is independent of the magistrate (judge)
Note that a judge is a magistrate and is not the tribunal. The tribunal is either the sovereign himself, or a fully empowered jury (not paid by the government)
INTERNATIONAL LAW
The person and suite of the sovereign; the place where the sovereign sojourns with his regal retinue, wherever that may be.

Notes -
1. If the Judge hands down the judgement, you know immediately that you are not in a Common Law Court of Record but you are in a kangaroo administrative court of the local dictator. Any such court is not a valid court under the organic constituition of the
Republic of the united States of America which is NOT a democracy.
2. The decision of a Common Law court of record cannot be reviewed, once appeal is refused. See for example, the
Credit River decision. The so called law enforcement of the country is in contempt of court. Why so long? Because the united States of America has been replaced by the
fraud that is the UNITED STATES. Take notice and govern yourself accordingly.
