Common Law

Those who mistake written down laws - even grand proclamations like the Constitution of the united States of America - to be "the Law of the Land" - do themselves and those they deal with a great injustice.
To use the term The Law is to refer to The Truth, the holy, the ideal; for ever calling to be realized and used by man.
The Common Law cannot be written down. It is a process of determining what is the truth of a given question in court. It is the essense of freedom.
